At Sadity Hair Label, all sales are FINAL.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed or shipped.
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof. We will review and resolve the issue accordingly.
Hair must remain unused, uninstalled, uncut, and in original packaging to be eligible for any review.
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
- Shipping delays caused by carriers
- Lost or stolen packages once marked delivered
