Cancellation policy

At Sadity Hair Label, all purchases are processed immediately to ensure fast order fulfillment.

Once an order has been placed, it CANNOT be canceled, modified, or changed under any circumstances.

This includes:
- Standard purchases
- Preorders
- Orders made using payment plans (Shop Pay Installments, Afterpay, etc.)

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details, including product selection, length, texture, and shipping address before completing checkout.

If an order has already been processed or shipped, it will not be eligible for cancellation.

Sadity Hair Label is not responsible for:
- Accidental purchases
- Incorrect items selected by the customer
- Incorrect shipping information entered at checkout
